Tired of not spending enough time together as Pure Carrière, Jean-Michel Letendre-Veilleux (Beat Sexü, Anatole) and Laurence Gauthier-Brown (VICTIME) decided to devote themselves body and soul to the project so they could launch their first album Eterna 83 early this year. The songs were composed, reworked, hybridized, and somewhat influenced by the creative jumble of Some Kind Of Monster, and now form this charcoal-burnt compendium of contemporary mythologies, brimming with efficient/outrageous hooks and pure emotional contemplation: a chiaroscuro propelled by its own duality, ad hoc to throw a wild party in Kyrie mode, for the salvation of our souls.
