Foex & Paulopulus (Nicolás Carrasco and Paulo Pereira), hybrid-electronic music producers, are known for creating music influenced by Latin American and African rhythms, resulting in a unique tribal pulse. In 2018, they combined their styles, generating a dark and sensual carnivalesque beat. Their first release is a remix EP where they re-versioned songs from artists such as Rubio, Liricistas, Rvyo, and Catana, among others, published by Jungla Music and Arrhythmia labels. In 2020, they released their first full-length album called “Welulkawn,” inspired by the 2019 social outburst in Chile. This record delivers instrumental tracks with effervescent rhythms while maintaining a psychedelic and experimental layer, which is their trademark.
