María José Ayarza Peillard, better known as Chini.png, is a prominent Chilean interdisciplinary artist. Her debut album, “El día Libre de Polux,” released in 2023, earned her the PULSAR Award for “Best Rock Artist” and “Best Alternative Album” from CityLab’s Esenciales, as well as multiple mentions of her work by Rolling Stone Magazine (USA) and an invitation to be one of Chile’s two representatives at Radio KEXP’s El Sonido! Festival in Seattle. She has actively collaborated with artists such as Diego Lorenzini, Bronko Yotte, Niña Tormenta, and Javiera Parra, always demonstrating an experimental spirit and a refusal to be pigeonholed. She has opened for international acts of the caliber of Kim Gordon, St. Vincent, and Interpol.

She recently released her second full-length album, “Vía Lo Orozco” (LP, 2025), and has been performing it in various cities across Mexico, with upcoming shows in other Latin American cities.
