Isleña Antumalén
Isleña Antumalen is a young musical proposal from Isla Huapi, a Mapuche-Huilliche community in Lago Ranco’s heart. At 25 years old, she has created original compositions that mix the sounds of Mapuzungun with dembow, rap, soul, and reggaeton, making her way into the Chilean urban scene. She just signed with Spanish music label Everlasting Records, with whom she released her first single, “KO (agua),” this 08/11. An “amapuchado” dembow style song with an incredible art-pop style audiovisual production. This song introduces her album “Ñaña Rapea,” which will be released in April 2024. Isleña toured in May and June this year, performing in Mexico and Canada. This year, she is playing in full band format.
