My name is Andrés Aránguiz; I am a musician and a music teacher. I have played in many bands of different styles: Rock, punk, ska, blues jazz, salsa, cumbia, cueca, and experimental noise. These bands include La Recoleta Blues, La Pincoyazz, Caldo e Kaeza, Evil Ways, and Aparcoa. I am the musical director, bassist, and arranger of the band from San José de la Maqiquina, Pez Perro. We have been making music for ten years, have two EPs, and are preparing the material to release our third album. We have performed in venues, towns, and cities such as Rockódromo de Valparaíso, Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales, Santiago, Temuco, Valdivia, La Unión, and Futrono. We have shared the stage with great national artists such as Congreso, Joe Vascooncellos, Francisca Valenzuela, and Sinergia.
