Producer, Sound and Light Technician, Tour Manager, and Musician. Esteban Pérez, a UK-based Chilean, has worked in the music industry for over a decade and has been responsible for several projects of internationalization of Chilean music, including outstanding tours with Chilean bands in Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has participated as a delegate in various music meetings and conferences worldwide, developing collaborative strategies to promote artistic mobility and cultural exchange. Pérez is also Co-Director of Chile-Asia Connect, an agency that promotes creative and knowledge exchange between Chile and Asia, having executed more than ten development projects between these territories, including tours, market studies, and others. He currently works in the Luma Creations organization (Production Manager), which promotes and disseminates Latin American cultures in Liverpool and the north of the UK.
