She has 20 years of experience in production, management, and coordination in the independent Latin American music sector. Since 2007, she has actively participated in international music fairs and markets, representing artists as a jury member, programmer, and delegation coordinator (Womex, Circulart, FIMPRO, BIME, Porto Musical, SIM, MICA, Bafim, etc.).
She currently coordinates the international booking for the Gonna Go! Argentina agency. They produce more than 50 shows of international artists in Argentina and the region. She coordinates the international department of BAFIM, the Buenos Aires International Music Fair. She is also in charge of the Argentine music export program of INAMU, the National Music Institute.
She was a consultant for the creation of the fairs and markets: FIMVEN (Venezuela 2015/16), AM-PM (Cuba 2015/16/17), and MICC-3600 (Bolivia 2016). Between 2013 and 2016, she served as a trainer for Programs for the development of new independent music producers, managers, and managers in the framework of the Collective Impulse Program of the Ministry of Culture of the Nation of Argentina and more than 6 Latin American countries: Casa de las Americas, Havana, Cuba. Imesur, Santiago de Chile, Chile. Universidad de las Artes, Caracas, Venezuela. Cultural Center of Spain, La Paz, Bolivia. Cultural Center of Spain, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Sucre National Theater Foundation, Quito, Ecuador. Among others. She served as Coordinator of the Music Sector for the editions of MICA ” Argentine Cultural Industries Market” (2013/15/17) and MICSUR, “Market of Cultural Industries of the South” in Mar del Plata, Argentina, and Bogota, Colombia. In 2016, she took over as coordinator of the music sector in the Ministry of Culture of the Nation of Argentina, where she served until 2018, promoting programs to promote the music industry, the Sectorial Roundtable, among other programs. In 2018, she was appointed vice president of INAMU, National Institute of Music, serving a term from 2018-2022.
Since 2010, she has been actively participating in various talks, panels, and round table discussions, focusing on topics related to women’s reality in Latin America’s cultural sector. Her outstanding contribution was in 2016 when she represented Latin America in the “Dynamic Women” panel at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo, Norway. In addition to this, she has also been leading the 2018 Gender Agenda of INAMU, “Women in Music.” She is the co-founder and director of the “SateliteLAT Women in the Latin American Music Industry.”
